Ordering

When you place an order via the COOHE website, the order constitutes a binding offer to purchase products in accordance with COOHE's terms and conditions. Before confirming your order, you have the opportunity to correct or delete the products you have placed in your shopping cart, and you can change the information you provided in connection with your purchase. Your order will not be shipped until you have pressed "confirm order", and it is not binding until that point.

Cancellation of order

Refusing to accept the shipment or returning the products without informing COOHE is not considered cancellation of the order, and a refund cannot be given.

COOHE may cancel an order if it is not possible to supply the ordered product. You will be informed if such a situation arises, and any payment or reservation made using a payment method will be returned/cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Please note that some products may not include a right to cancel, or you may lose your right to cancel. We recommend that you read the product description carefully before placing your order.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

You must give us clear and explicit notice by email or telephone regarding your withdrawal, and we must have received the item no later than 14 days after you have notified us.

You can also use the standard withdrawal form, which is reproduced at the end of these terms of sale and delivery, but it is not mandatory.

If you refuse to accept the package or do not collect it without notifying us, this is not considered a cancellation of the purchase, and you will be charged 49 DKK when the package is returned.

Payment method and prices

All prices stated on www.coohe.dk are in DKK and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. The price of a COOHE product is the price applicable at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to make changes to the prices of our products on www.coohe.dk, but all prices on the products are valid until they have been changed. We also reserve the right for printing errors and sold-out products, and we will inform you as soon as possible if such a situation arises.

We offer several different payment methods, including Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and gift cards issued by COOHE (in accordance with the terms of the gift card).

The order amount will be deducted from your account only once the order has been shipped. Once the transaction is completed, it will appear in your account. When you pay, your information is sent directly to COOHE's payment provider. COOHE does not have access to your payment information.

Reservation of funds

If you pay with an international payment card such as VISA Debit, Mastercard, and Visa Electron, the amount is reserved when you complete the order.

The money may be reserved on your card or account for the current month +30 days, even if the purchase is cancelled, or:

  1. until we capture the amount when we ship the item, or
  2. until the money is released according to an agreement with your card issuer.

It is not COOHÉ that has reserved the money, but your bank that has set the money aside in your account.

Whether the reservation can be lifted depends on the terms of your payment card. The terms can vary from bank to bank, but typically the bank requires documentation from our side stating that we have cancelled the purchase before they can lift the reservation.

If the bank cannot lift the reservation, there is unfortunately nothing else to do but wait for the natural expiration as per the agreement made upon creating the payment card.

If you pay with MobilePay, it is the payment card stored in the app that determines whether the payment is reserved.
