Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery
The purchase terms apply to consumer purchases of goods on www.coohe.dk.

Ordering
When you place an order via COOHÉ's website, the order constitutes a binding offer to purchase products in accordance with COOHÉ's terms and conditions. Before confirming your order, you can modify or delete products from your cart and change any information related to your purchase. Your order will not be processed until you click "confirm order," and it does not become binding until then.
Order Cancellation
Refusing to accept the delivery or returning products without informing COOHÉ does not constitute a cancellation, and no refund will be given.
COOHÉ may cancel an order if the product cannot be delivered. You will be notified if this occurs, and any payment or reservation made using a payment method will be refunded or canceled.
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of the order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store. You also agree to update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card details, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Note that some products may not include the right to cancel, or you may lose the right to cancel. We recommend that you carefully read the product description before placing your order.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
You must give us clear and explicit notice via email or phone about your decision to cancel, and we must receive the item no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision.
You can also use the standard withdrawal form, which is included at the end of these terms and conditions, but this is not mandatory.
If you refuse to accept the package or fail to pick it up without informing us, this will not be considered a valid withdrawal, and you will be charged DKK 49 when the package is returned to us.

Payment Methods and Pricing
All prices listed on www.coohe.dk are in DKK and include VAT but exclude shipping costs. The price of a COOHÉ product is the price valid at the time of the order.
We reserve the right to change the prices of our products on www.coohe.dk, but all prices are valid until they are changed. We also reserve the right to correct printing errors and out-of-stock items, and we will inform you as soon as possible if such a situation arises.
We offer several payment methods, including Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and gift cards issued by COOHÉ (subject to the terms of the gift card).
The order amount will only be deducted from your account once the order has been dispatched. Once the transaction is completed, it will appear on your account. When you pay, your information is sent directly to COOHÉ's payment provider. COOHÉ does not have access to your payment information.
Reservation of Amount
If you pay with an international payment card such as VISA Debit, Mastercard, or Visa Electron, the amount is reserved when you complete the order.
The funds may be reserved on your card or account for the current month +30 days, even if the purchase has been canceled, or:
- Until we charge the amount when the item is dispatched, or
- Until the funds are released according to the agreement with your card issuer.
It is not COOHÉ that reserves the funds, but your bank that sets the funds aside in your account.
Whether the reservation can be lifted depends on the terms of your payment card. The conditions may vary from bank to bank, but typically the bank requires documentation from us that we have canceled the purchase in order to lift the reservation.
If the bank cannot lift the reservation, unfortunately, there is nothing more that can be done but to wait for the natural expiration of the reservation according to the agreement made when the payment card was issued.

If you pay with MobilePay, it is the payment card linked to the app that determines whether there will be a reservation of the payment.
